How to make me feel less infuriate with customer after i have to take a blunt scold from him?

I really hate when customer tell me I am at fault when the it's the shipper who ****** up the situation and causing delays and all i could do is just sit there and take it, I have nothing to say that they will like to hear no matter because when something's not fixed, i am the scapegoat, it wasn't my fault, there's no way he understand what I'ved done for him to help with the situation because I cannot brag about myself and expect him to calm down and appreciate what I've done, not only it sounds unprofessional and it's self absorbed, I don't know how to take it subjectively and see this is part of the game, but I still feel unfair and upset and I cannot shunt the away thought that customer speaking to me like it's all my fault
