Who thinks a second intervew is a good sign he got the job?

My roommate has needed a job for 6 months! He applied at Target as a truck loader/shipper and had one interview last night and got asked back for a SECOND interview tonight! Is that a pretty sure sign he got it? I hope so cuz Im tired of paying his rent! LOL
