What happens if UPS sent my package back to the shipper?

Shipper had my wrong address so UPS could not deliver it. I chcked on UPS website and filed a claim..UPS contacted me...asked for my right address but still sent it bak to the shipper...what should i do now? Is it for possible to get a refund or get the shipper to send it again to the right address ?
