What can you do against a scamming buyer?

i sold an item threw my website worht a few hundred dollars. When he recieved it he sent me an email claimming it was dammaged and not what he expected. What i sold him is exactly what it was on the website and i did not scam him at all. I asked him for pictures of the damage so i can see what i can do,(file claim against shipper). but he refuse to and his 2nd email to me was already threatening to call his back and get a refund. To me his first email was already fishy and sounded fake. And he wont take pictures and already saying hes going to call his back and file a dispute. Now i believe he is trying to scam me for a free item. What can i do against this?
