How can I arrange for pickup of parcel containing perfume oils from Florida US & have them shipped to Canada?

I recently asked at my local post office (in Canada) about buying perfume on Ebay and was told that mailing liquids is not allowed, period. Not sure if "oil" counts as a liquid! I think you'll have to use Fedex or some other carrier. Yes it's more expensive.
