What do these terms mean in Glee fandom?

Okay, new to Glee. Especially Glee fandom, and I need some help. First off, I'll put it out there... I figured out what Kurtofsky meant on my own and I'm a Kurtofsky fan. That being said, what does "Kurtofsky shipper" mean? And what does "Kurtofsky pirate" mean? I've encountered these phrases a lot and I have no idea what they mean, so trying to read tumblrs and blogspots about it has me really confused.
