I ordered a package on ups but its returning to the sender?

Okay so about a month ago i ordered an ipad from apple.com so it finally shipped so i was tracking it came to new york and then i checked again and it said "Receiver stated they did not order and refused this delivery. / Returned to shipper." and its going back to california im sure i had the right address and ups never came what should i do?????
