I love oxycodone, but is it safe?

Im a male, 19, Ive been using oxycodone for about 6 months now. I get 5mg oxycodone apap 120 count from an online vendor, i usually use oxy whenever i want that amazing relaxed feeling. i use once a day some times only 4 times a week. when i dose i use 15mg because it feels amazing the euphoria is just amazing. I am fully aware that Im sortof an addict but, my question is, is long term use dangerous? I plan on quitting some time in the near future but is use of oxycodone like this, dangerous? or its just dangerous because of the addiction factor.
