Ems Thailand to UK difficulties as no updates?

I'm having the same problem. I had a package shipped from Thailand Post on May 3rd and there have been no updates since May 5th when it says "container received" at the SUVARNABHUMI MAIL CENTRE. I know it's supposed to take a while to get to the US but I was expecting updates as to where my package is. Sorry I don't have an answer but I'm frustrated like you are because my package is very valuable and I want to know where it currently is. Sorry I couldn't be much help.
